Work Experience Scheme

As an Offer Holder, students will be guaranteed a place on our three day virtual work experience scheme in July. You’ll join legal and business professionals from across sectors to gain an insight into what it is like in the workplace and take part in practical tasks to develop transferable skills for future internships, volunteering, and work opportunities.

Employability Programme

Our employability sessions aim to build student confidence and advise students how to seize the opportunities in challenging times. Learn how to build a personal brand and how best to present yourself to future employers.

Real World Lecture Series

Our tutors address the big questions in different professional areas, expanding your current knowledge and giving you an insight to university level study. Find out more about today’s big questions for tomorrow’s professionals.

Law Booster Sessions

These sessions will develop the foundations of legal knowledge that will be expanded on when starting university. Sessions are delivered in partnership with Flipped Law.

What we look for in applications

We will look at your application based principally on academic ability. However we will also evaluate it using the following admissions criteria:

• Your academic profile including your achievements to date and any qualifications you are currently undertaking
• Academic reference
• Any extenuating circumstances you want taken into consideration
• Your personal statement
• Any widening participation characteristics that you would like to make us aware of, for example: if you are a Care Experience Student or you are an Estranged Student.*
